Gyldenholm Chair

The design of the chair draws the inspiration from the Manor House Gyldenholm built in 1864. The estate is located between Sorø and Slagelse in Zealand.

The chair is specially designed for the house garden room, decorated with murals painted by two painters from The Danish Golden Age, George Hilker and Constantin Valentin.

The chair, the puff and the table should work together in order to create a composition that would compliment the interior. The ”collar”
of the chair can be flipped in favor of adjusting the height of the back.
